Welcome to our Travel Oasis where happiness and memories begin! My name is Bishnu Khatiwara and I am the founder, the travel advisor and a hardcore employee of the company ‘’Classical Himalayas’’. I was born in the remote village of southern Bhutan to a humble hardworking parent. Though we faced so much financial challenges growing up, but my parents never failed to give us better education and good culture. My initial travel journey started when I was 12 years old with my elder sister. Well, believe it or not, it was my first car ride. Coming from a financially underprivileged household, I was always fascinated by the idea of becoming an entrepreneur. I hold a Batchelor of Business Administration from India and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Canada.Soon after graduating in 2010, I joined a travel company as an assistant operation manager and over the years I worked my way through and held various position in the field as a guide or to the top management position in the office. With more than 16+ years of experience, I worked hard to understand industry inside out, learn to excel as an entrepreneur and travel extensively. From the early days of my career, I got introduced to luxury travel and even had the opportunity of arranging the tour for high profile guest including Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal in December 2019.Having studied and live in Canada for 3+ years, I have built a strong connection with travel agent owners and met many Canadian eager to discover Bhutan. So, I am just a phone call way for my Canadian friend. During my leisure time, I love to hike in the nature with by beautiful daughter and our dog. I have a immense love for mountain and nature that helps me design unique journeys for my clients.
